Orders are generally fulfilled on the same working day as received (Tuesday to Friday) if the order is placed before 1pm

Parcels are picked up by our couriers (DPD and Fastway) in the early afternoon (Tuesday to Friday) and are normally delivered the following
working day

 Depending on the value of the order, items are dispatched via one of five ways :

DPD Ireland :
Small to Medium Size Parcels are dispatched using their trackable overnight delivery service for Ireland and Northern Ireland

Fastway Ireland : Small Parcels are dispatched using their trackable overnight delivery service for Ireland and Northern Ireland

An Post :
Small Items for example cables and small accessories are dispatched using the standard postal service

Pallet Express : Large Orders for example large screen televisions will be sent on a pallet, this service may take 1-2 working days

Our Own Delivery Van : For deliveries in the Letterkenny Area Orders totalling over €100 are delivered free within Ireland including Northern Ireland

Orders under €100 will incur a standard
delivery charge of €4.95 for Ireland including Northern Ireland

Click and Collect

We offer a click and collect service for collection from our store in Letterkenny
(Tuesday to Saturday), when ordering from our online store simply choose
“Pickup in Store” as your delivery method, You will be required to present a
copy of your order confirmation e-mail and have photo ID with you in order to
collect the item(s)
