Our returns policy as stated below does not affect or alter your statutory rights under European or Irish law

Items ordered directly from our website or by phone are covered by a fourteen day cooling off period (From delivery date under EU Distance selling regulations) within which you may
cancel the item(s) ordered and receive a full refund if it is unused. If the item has already been dispatched then you are responsible for taking care of the item(s) to ensure they arrive back in good order and make the return within fourteen days for the order cancellation to stand. Purchases or orders made in store or in person are not covered by any such statutory cooling off period.

Items will also be accepted for return where there is a fault with the product or where it is not fit for purpose as per advice given by a member of staff.
In no circumstances will a refund be given on purchases simply because of a change of mind on the part of the customer (Unless in circumstances covered by the distance selling
cooling off period outlined above) but a credit note or voucher may be offered at the discretion of management
